Close to airport.

Ordinary room. Lack warmness. Could be better set up.

I liked the shower and the room was somewhat big. There was enough space to walk around.

I did not like the fact that they did not give two key cards. When I asked for a second key card they told me I could only get a key card if they held on to my credit card exchange for the extra key card. I found that as a red flag. When I went to lift my pillow up in the bed I found a hair that did not belong to me. We also did not have the right amount of towels so I had to go ask for towels.

I like that the hotel is near the airport!

I didn’t like the bathroom door. There’s no lock and sound insulation.

Good location. Near the airport. Right next to it is a park (that was really great)

The carpets and even the bedcovers had stains on them.

The evening staff was barely polite. The room was dirty.

Good location. Walking distance to bus stops, shops, and restaurants.Clean facilities. Daily housekeeping. Free water bottles.

Room is a little tight but manageable.

Close to some places

The rooms underneath the bed are dirty and got all sorts of rubbish underneath, the toilet it had a plunger which was required to use all the time as the toilet keep getting clogged even though didn’t flush any toilet paper down as guided with their note on the toilet .

Centrally located with restaurants all within walking distance. Very comfortable large bed and the staff tried very hard to answer some of our questions about things to do in Jeju although they had limited English. All up, a great stay.

Room was basic for a so called 4 star hotel. Receptionist do not speak English and quite clueless when we ask for directions to food. Floor was not vacuumed and has dirt everywhere and they made up the room by just pulling up the bed cover without even straightening up your sheets and pillows.

Stayed for 2 nights and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms and facilities as described. Convenient location and hotel parking is a plus however should note that hotel parking is across the street from hotel - make sure you note down the car plate and make aware to reception staff before leaving each time

My wife and myself in the room, they only provided 1 pillow per twin bed, not up to standard for a so called 4 star hotel. When I asked for 2 extra pillow, they only gave 1 and said that the 2nd one is chargeable.

The price is good. Value for money

1. There is only 1 key given and there were 2 of us. We cannot go different places and need to co-ordinate our timing to be back to the room 2. Pillow to soft and I need another pillow ... I was told I need to pay KRW20,0003. Room is small after we opened our luggages we can hardly walk.4. No proper place to put our luggage, all on the floor 5. The basin .. there were only one glass Overall the rooms are pretty run down

Nice facilitates. Free parking. Clean and great room. I left an important jacket to me and staff held it until I returned back. Appreciated this so much and the staff went to extra mile. Thank you.

The staff was nice, the location is really good (5 minutes away with a taxi from the airport) and 10 minutes away from lots of nice and busy streets (restaurants, souvenirs, ...).

The cleanliness was not as we expected (see attached pictures):- The carpet had many stains.- For the whole length of our stay (7 nights), our bed was only "closed" and not properly made by the cleaning team. The attached picture shows how the bed looked every day after the cleaning team came to our room.- The used towels were refolded and not changed. If you don't like sharing your towels, this will be an issue because you won't know which one is yours anymore.- The bins were emptied every day, but honestly, I think that's the only thing the cleaning team did during our stay.- The curtains were really dirty.- The toilet had stains all over it.- There were limestone stains on the shower screen.- We also had a problem with the window: when it rained outside, it rained inside. The water was never wiped by the cleaning team and remained like that for the rest of our stay.- ...

It was really nice stay. friendly staff .everything is awesome .if i visit jeju again i will stay there in shin shin hotel .and the price also affordable from booking .com

The location was accessible. Very close to the airport.

The staff possibly should be knowledgeable in English being a 4 star hotel. It was difficult to communicate even with a simple request.

Chose hotel because it is not far from tour meeting point. Overall it is fairly comfortable and convenientWithin walking distance to Numaru shopping streetA decent park behind hotel if you feel energetic Many 711’s and convenience shops around the hotel

Communication with staff is virtually nil.

Location is close to airport and downtown

“You get what you pay for” rings true at this hotel. Cleanliness does not seem to be a priority in our room 518. Carpets are very dirty and almost look like they have black mould, the walls have several marks from shoe scuffing or dead mosquitoes that would take a minor effort to clean properly. You cannot flush toilet paper due to the low water pressure but instead put it in the bin next to the toilet.When we entered the room was 27C, we set the wall control to 21c and after 3 hours the air conditioning only reduced this to 26c (for reference it was 18c outside). We asked the front desk about this and was informed the whole building is centrally controlled at the same temperature and there was nothing that could be done about it. Why have the wall control if it doesn’t do anything other than on and off?We also killed at least 8 mosquitoes in the room and had several bites. We had booked for 2 nights but booked into another when it was apparent nothing would be done and we had next to no sleep.

Location to the airport.

The hotel was old and worn down. The carpet in the room looked like it hadn't been clean for years. There was beer spill under the phone on the nightstand. It wasn't cleaned behind the bathroom door. The shower needs a good wall scrub.At check out, there was no one at the reception, and I had to ask another guest what to do since there were no instructions in English.
